We are thrilled to announce that we recently had the pleasure of providing full post mix for Nike’s latest FM Broadcast episode as part of the Black Future season.
The episode features Nigerian Premier League star Taiwo Awoniyi alongside young, influential black figureheads Mayowa Quadri, Foune Diawara and John Adekunle striving for equality and social mobility in the world of football and politics.
Beautifully shot in Jumbi, an inclusive and future-facing bar and events space in Peckham, the four participants have an open and frank conversation about their life experiences in relation to race, ethnicity and the challenges themselves and others have faced as ethnic minorities in society, both on and off the pitch.
The topic of conversation is something that we feel very passionately about here at The Futz Butler, so being able to contribute to a project that evokes such a strong message was a privilege.
