A seasoned professional with a proven track record in business development, production management, and client relationships, Molly brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to this pivotal role.

Molly spent over a decade at Grand Central Recording Studios (GCRS), rising through the ranks to become Head of New Business and Head of Production. Overseeing all aspects of production, managing sales and marketing strategies, training production teams, and cultivating new streams of business, under her leadership GCRS cemented its position as one of London’s most in-demand studios.

Most recently, Molly served as Executive Producer at X-LDN and 80 Sound, where she spearheaded high-impact projects, expertly navigated client demands, and led her teams to achieve outstanding results.

At The Futz Butler, Molly’s role as Head of Partnerships will focus on driving new business, exploring untapped collaborations, and strengthening client relationships. Her dedication to innovation and her ability to align business objectives with client needs make her a perfect fit for the company’s ambitious goals heading into 2025.
